IQ Puzzle · Last updated: July 30, 2026

Summary

IQ Puzzle has no accounts and never asks who you are. We do collect a small amount of anonymous app and device data so we can measure which channels bring new players, understand which features are used, and operate subscriptions. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Information we do not collect

The app does not require an account and never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health information. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and the app never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Data stored only on your device

Your game progress, scores, streaks, preferences (such as appearance and sound settings), and your answers to the optional well‑being check‑ins are saved only on your device using the system's local storage. Those answers and scores are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data.

Information we do collect

Why we collect it

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes above:

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, your payment card, or your Apple ID. We do not sell or rent data, we do not embed third‑party advertising SDKs, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Retention

Event records are kept for at most 24 months and then deleted. Data held on your device stays until you delete the app.

Your choices

You can limit what Apple shares with us in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements. Deleting the app stops all collection. You may also email us to request deletion of the records associated with your install.

Network use

The app also downloads a small configuration file from our public GitHub repository to enable or disable features. That request is read‑only and contains no information about you.

Well‑being check‑ins

The app includes optional, light self‑reflection check‑ins (for example about mood or how content you feel). These are provided for personal awareness and relaxation only. They are processed on your device, are not a medical service, and do not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

Children's privacy

IQ Puzzle is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the data described above contains no personal information for users of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
